Turnaround Time

After your photo session, you'll receive your raw proofs within 24-48 hours through your personalized Pixieset website link. From there, you can choose the images you'd like edited and retouched. Once you have selected those images the editing process will begin and typically takes between 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Once completed, the finalized photos will be uploaded back to your Pixieset link for easy access.

Do you Travel?

Yes, I absolutely travel for photo sessions! While I'm based in Spartanburg, SC, I'm more than willing to travel to accommodate your needs. Some of my most frequent shooting locations include Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; and Charleston, SC. Please note that for locations over 25 miles from Spartanburg, SC, a travel fee may apply.

How do I pay my remainder after deposit?

You will pay your remainder at the end of you session. You will receive an invoice from me to pay your remaining balance via Email. If you do not want to pay the remaining balance online please bring cash.

Are deposits refundable?

For all sessions, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, we do offer the flexibility of rescheduling.

What’s your cancellation/ rescheduling policy?

Our cancellation policy stipulates that if you cancel your session, the deposit paid will be retained, and if you wish to rebook, you'll need to initiate the process again, including repaying the deposit. Therefore, we strongly encourage rescheduling instead of cancelling. For rescheduling, please notify the photographer at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. We will then work together to find the next available date and time that suits you. Please note that you can reschedule the same session up to 3 times, after which a complete rebooking will be required.


I don’t know how to pose, will you help?

Absolutely! I give super easy-to-follow instructions and coach you from your facial expression down to the placement of your fingers. I WILL NOT say “look sexy” or “work the camera” or any other vague directions like that. It’s my job to guide you through the process, and I will be there for you every step of the way, literally. I will mirror the pose for you , so I am right there with you posing. If I can do it, you can do it! However, many of these positions are not normal for most women, so prepare to be a little sore..lol!

Is hair & make-up included?

Hair and makeup is included in all of our boudoir shoots! I think it’s really important for you to feel pampered, and having your hair and makeup done is a great way to do that! Our amazing team can help you complete your look, whether that’s “I just woke up like this” or Full on glam! You can bring any ideas you want for your makeup and we can try to use it for inspiration!

Do you offer prints?

We offer a variety of luxury albums with prints in them! I absolutely love the feel of picking up a physical print, it’s so surreal to see yourself like that! Contact me for further details about albums via email info@deibiddo.com
